* You can rent a pretty convincing (from the outside) A-Team van replica. But just in Britain. And not for stag parties. Why the hell else would you want to rent an A-team van replica?
* Will Shiers, whose book on Roadside Relics I reviewed for the latest issue of Hemmings Classic Car, went to the 60th anniversary celebration of the Volkswagen bus (Bulli, Transporter, whatever) in Hanover, Germany. Apparently 5,000 buses attended. As well as The Who. While poking around Roadtransport.com’s blogs, we came across a related blog on big lorries, called (wait for it) the BigLorryBlog. They like to refer to themselves in the third person in nearly all their headlines.
* We’ve covered the Danner Scout in the past. Now they’re getting ready to give the thing away, once it’s completed in January. Enter early and enter often.
* Finally, TA pointed out the flakacars photostream on Flickr. I’ve dug deep into it and still can’t figure out any overarching theme, but he (she? they?) seems to have an uncanny knack for finding cool stuff. Should probably invite him (her? them?) to join the Hemmings Nation Flickr pool.
